Ok, first of all, excuse my english, I'm chilean so I speak spanish. I'll try to explain my question.

I bought "Fallout: New Vegas" for PS3 and my game, like all the games in South America, was "BLUS 30627".

OK. Big deal... nobody cares about that, right?

Well, when the first DLC came out, I downloaded of course... BUT... for a stupid system from Bethesda, it was only available for "BLUS 30500" games.

The problem? We never had the correct DLC available in the US Store. Of course it was on Mexican Store, but most gamers in South America has an account in the US Store, because the mexican one svckS. So I never played any DLC... you lost my money.

For that reason, and many of my friends who suffered the stupid policy of Bethesda, now it's very important to know if you will repeat the same policy with Skyrim.

I really want the game, but I want all the experience, so if you repeat the "zones DLCs" then I'll sadly pass this time.

PLEASE, ANSWER... What will you do about DLCs???
