I saw a video of people explaining features that will be in the game, and they said that people from one faction will not be able to enter the territory of other factions. So a Nord cannot go into any province that is controlled by the Aldmeri Dominion or the Daggerfall Covenant. I really hope this is not true, because it takes the whole freedom of the game away. I want to play as a Dark elf, but I also want to explore the areas that haven't been in previous games. I don't just want to explore Black Marsh, I want to explore the Summerset isles and revisit high rock. This will not be possible with the character I want to play.
