Post » Fri Aug 14, 2009 11:07 am

Seeing's how my first post got locked by a bear... I'll rephrase it.

My save has freezing animations like fireplaces, spells, and doors seem to be frozen in-game.

HOW DO I FIX IT?

I'm not that techy lol so idk how to take a screenshot and upload it but I can discribe it to you. The spells get frozen on me and fireplaces in homes or campsites, like the fire doesnt move any as if it were frozen. Thank you for telling me that this is in the wrong section. Now I'll learn from this and not make that mistake again. No seriously you are a lot more helpful than that bear to me. Thanks Zak!

It sounds to me like a scratched disk to be honest, and Rohugh is a good guy just doin his job. Sorry I got snippy, weve been hit with a couple of trolls lately.

Yeah my guess is a scratched disk. take it out, use rubbing alcohol and a soft wipe.

If you have been playing the XBOX a lot lately and its a 1st gen, they are notorious for overheating. So maybe back off on it a bit.

If it happens on other games, possibly a laser eye cleaning is needed.

Those are the ideas that come to mind, Im a PS3 guy though.

Screen shot on XBOX : Just take a picture of it with your phone, email it to yourself, then uplaod it at imageshack.us

This issue cannot be fixed on xBox or PS3 (or a potential fix cannot be discussed on these forums).

Our team is well aware of this issue, but it is one we have not been able to resolve because of the nature of the problem and any fixes related to it. We are continuing to look into it and will let folks know if/when we are able to address it in the future.

Here is a thread discussing this issue;

I know you're frustrated Felix, but the forum/game EULA and rules do not allow the discussion for xBox and PS3 modifications.

Thank you for the answer Miles, and yeah I am going to close it before we get into subjects that shouldn't be discussed on these forums.
