ya it would be cool. the storyline would be a perfect movie. but hollywood always f***s things up if you know what i mean. like half-life. valve said no to hollywood. so im guessing it has a chance.

I have to agree with Alucard Killz, a Crysis movie would be cool but hollywood tend to mess up movies based on computer games, Far Cry for example.
Only good ones I've seen are the Resident Evil movies and Doom.

i think the best game move to make would be gears of war to be honest with you lets face it crysis has little/no storyline to it there was an island that an alien ship crashed on thats the 1st storyline wow yeah that would be so new... and 2nd city getting attacked by aliens like yeah like that doesnt sound familiar *cough cough* (cloverfield) crysis is fun dont get me wrong but it hasnt got the storyline for a film.

I think they were planning but the far cry movie was a flop so that might pulled the brakes on the crysis one.

You do realise nearly every single movie that was made from a game svcks. Just look at DOOM. It was godamn awful in my opinion. The only decent one was prince of persia. Trust me, there is a very slim chance that a crysis movie would be any good.

They made a Far Cry movie, and it was a pile of piss... CryTek would have to ensure that a Crysis movie would be entrusted to competent producers.

I think a crysis movie would be BA if they get a good writer and director but a must have is really good cg but im sure crytek can do that
