I have beaten the main quest and a good chunk of the side quests, but i cant make stalhrim weapons or armors. I know you're supposed to go to Skaal Village and there will be two people arguing then you go off to find the blacksmith etc. but the blacksmith is there and no one is arguing. WHAT DID I DO WRONG? or is it a glitch? anybody else have this problem or know how to help? PS i did that blacksmith pickaxe quest if that matters

Yes it's a glitch, their is supposed to be a map marker that leads to him. No the pickaxe quest has nothing to do with him, that isn't even connected to the Skaal.

Anyway to fix it?

I'm really not sure, i never encountered that problem. Try waiting a few days, exiting Solstheim to Skyrim and coming back. Sorry i couldn't be much help.

I've tried multiple things and nothing seems to work, but no problem thanks anyways, kind of a bummer, cant even get that achievement
