This is extremely annoying for me. It forces you to give up an item slot and the Thalmor Robes are one of the coolest armor sets in the game. It's the little things in Skyrim that make it so great. So please, separate the hood from the Thalmor Robes and if you're feeling really generous make them purchasable in solitude or some place like that. Hopefully an unenchanted version as well.

I really like this game but there are a few little quirks that really throw me for a loop.

P.S. I know there are hoodless robes, I like the hood, I just want them to be separate items.

I understand your concern. However, I'm afraid that your request will fall upon deaf ears. The only way to achieve what you wish is through the implementation of mods. I think it will be a save assumption that you are on a console, thus the request in the first place.

None the less, I hope you continue to enjoy your game.

I'm currently playing a dunmer and she wouldn't be seen dead wearing a Thalmor robe.

There are two variations of the robe, it goes without a hood as well. But I see if you want to have the hooded look but just want it to be two seperate items, in which case you'll need a PC ( for mods ).
