In my dawnguard I cannot feed on cattle, the animation loops endlessly, I also can't feed on the moth priest he just talks to me when I try...

Please does ANYONE know how to fix this?

With Vamp thirst on a prompt pops up with the option to "enthrall", When I click it it says the Moth Priest is to powerful. With it off It just talks to him like a normal npc.

If only your target is affected, disable and enable them using the console.

Try using the Vampiric Seduction power on the Moth Priest immediately BEFORE you wish to thrall him.
The inability to feed on cattle, has me wondering if you are flagged as a Vampire. Are you?

What do you mean "flagged" as a vampire? My character certainly looks like a Vampire and I can feed on anyone else in the world. I did use Vampire seduction right before trying to enthrall him.

I think a lot of people have had issues with feeding on the moth priest. If I recall there are quite a few threads on the subject.

When you get the endless loop can you press esc and exit the animation? Sometimes I get it when mining for ore.

from an RP stand point I gotta ask... Why would a vampire lord feed on cattle? My werewolf would but thats because they are more barbaric then a vampire in my opinion.

Why wouldn't he? It is an easy source of nutrition, they are slaves.

No esc. doesn't work.

This still hasn't been resolved, does anyone else have anything to add?
