Please, No teleporting in game

DO not make any way to tp from place to place in game, It ruins all fun of exploration and it kills the open world just like it did on wow.Do not make any dungeon tp system like Dungeon Finder in wow. Just let people wait on the enterance of dungeons or raids. That makes game alot more funny, and since you are using mega server thing , people wont have problems with finding group.

And for long distances, I suggest somethink like zeppelins. or Underground Dwemer Trains. Dwemer trains would be nice if you make it really go all the distance speedly. But add a view to it, Like when you look outside from train you see a big cool undergrond cave. ( Like the ones on skyrim )

There are already going to be *wayshrines (not sure of exact name) for PvE and for PvP, they have stated that. Once found you can travel to them, one to another.

It was also said that in PvP you will be able to "disrupt" the enemies by taking a *wayshrine, keeping them from fast traveling. THAT is going to make for some serious strategic battles.

As far as dungeons and raids, I'm indifferent. If it's an Endgame raid for example, and you are doing it 3+ nights a week... kind of hope we can get there quickly. Waiting for people to log on for raid night and then waiting for anyone who is late to drag their butts to the entrance can get old.

I agree that it can ruin some small things, but not nearly as much as spending 20-30 minutes trekking across low level content you have already done several times to get to where you want to adventure. I think the world is going to be big enough that you will get your fill of exploring. :biggrin:

Let's be honest, even if you don't like them when you forget something and have to go back to your house you're really likely to say screw it, fast travel. Besides, with the fast travel here you at least have to find the shrines first to use them.

In pvp yeah, it doesn't seem like you can fast travel to every place you hold, and they made it so that once under attack you can't fast travel to that point, which makes for a very interesting strategy for sieges: send in smaller teams to attack keeps with long range spells before any larger invasion, and you can cut off fast travel to the keep you want to attack, along with any other close by fast travel points. No last minute fast travel reinforcements that way.
