Poison Bloom, Babette, Erandur, etc.

Hey all. I've really enjoyed Skyrim since it was released. And i still enjoy it, also bought Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn and still playing it every day. But i have encountered around 100 bugs, 12 of those are currently fixed. I'm an administrator on the Elder Scrolls Wiki and work on it every day, so i know about a lot of bugs found by the community. I also have a bug list i on there, for if you want to see all 100 bugs (Some are really small bugs). But i thought its best to post the most annoying bugs here. These are only a part of the bugs i encountered:

*Erandur still doesn't appear inside Nightcaller Temple. He went inside, then i went inside, and he disappeared. So i still can't complete the quest Waking Nightmare.
*Poison Blooms inside Darkfall Passage respawn but cannot be picked up again. They just explode without damaging the Dragonborn, or giving the option to be picked up.
*Skjor is alive, even after the Companions quest line has been completed. He should be dead. He's still offering quests now.
*Dragonborn has lag. Really annoying, also it has crashed my xbox twice now.
*I cannot become Thane of Falkreath. Lod and Mathies spawned dead, so i'm stuck at 2/3 citizens helped. I completed every quest available in the Falkreath region.
*I bought the house in Markarth, and became thane, but never got Argis the Bulwark as my housecarl.
*The quest "Enchanting Pick-Up" given by Sergius Turrianus can lead to Dorian inside the Red Wave. But there is no option to ask him about the item you need to pick up, he only says "You're not supposed to be in here". The quest becomes uncompleteable.
*The spiders inside Redbelly mine respawn, even though they shouldn't after the quest has been completed.
**I could also complete the quest to clear Redbelly Mine twice, and recieve twice the gold.
*There's a thief inside Riften Catacombs. He just runs back and forth doing nothing. I know thiefs may spawn in Riften, being killed by guards. But this thief will not get killed because there are no guards in the catacombs and doesn't leave. He will stay there forever.
*Some corpses don't dissappear. The corpses of Ulfric Stormcloack and Galmar Stone-Fist never dissappear from next to the throne in Windhelm. The corpses of the Cultists attacking me, lying in Whiterun, don't dissappear.
*The miscellaneous quest "Kill the bandit leader located at Uttering Hills Camp", given by Kjar in Windhelm, is bugged. After completing the quest Summerset Shadows, the quest marker leads to Linwe's empty room, without a bandit leader.
*Ranmir died during the quest Containment, so the quest Drowned Sorrows cannot be completed. Also, the quest-markers on your map did not show up, and the quest did not appear anywhere in the journal.
*The misc objective "Collect bounty from Brina Merilis" stays in the quest log, even though i already completed the quest. The objective has multiplied itself inside the quest log, after patch 1.8 was installed.
*NPCs Travel With Your Character Through Doors: Noticed only in towns, though it may occur outside of towns. If an NPC is talking to you, even in a passing moment, entering or exiting through a door will cause the NPC to travel with you through the door and appear at your side.
*After Dawnguard is installed, i encountered Babette in a random encounter, but after that she disappeared. She doesn't ever return to Dawnstar Sanctuary and cannot be encountered in a random encounter again. The highest Alchemy trainer disappeared forever.
*When mudcrabs are in their hiding stance (half in the ground), if killed in one blow, they will fall through the ground.
*The quest Rescue was started by just talking to my wife inside my house, Proudspire Manor. The quest target pointing to a vampire which needs to be killed, let to the place of a Bandit Leader and there was no vampire around.
*If you pay a steward to furnish the Entry Room the option to funish it stays there. If chosen again, he says "I'm sorry, but you can't affort that right now". This bug causes the steward to not furnish anything in the house anymore. Even if the other options are already payed for, he/she'll stop furnishing the house. Leaving you with an empty house and empty pockets.
*Sometimes when using the Carpenter's workbench in/outside your home it may revert to a menu of items you've already built in the room, essentially wasting your supplies.
*Urag gro-Shub may send the Dragonborn during the quest Fetch me that Book! to an already cleared dungeon that doesn't respawn, for example: Lost Valkygg. This makes the quest uncompletealbe.
*Its possible that when entering Severin Manor in Raven Rock, the house hasn't rendered right and you immediately fall through the floor.
*I got in an infinite loading screen, three times now, when exciting Lakeview Manor after Dragonborn was installed.
*The book Chimarvamidium stays in my inventory as a quest item. But every other Chimarvamidium i pick up, also becomes a quest item. Getting more and more Chimarvamidiums stuck in my inventory.
*Some npc's/weapons don't spawn: Trollsbane doesn't spawn, nor does the corpse of Frofnir Trollsbane. So the unique weapon is now unobtainable. And the body of Lucky Lorenz doesn't spawn. And so, Treasure Map IX cannot be obtained.
*Several quest items stay in your inventory as quest items, so cannot be removed. But the quests are completed. This happens with Finn’s Lute, Pantea’s Flute, Rjorn’s Drum and Runed Lexicon.
*Some dragon corpses still do not give souls and still do not clean up properly.
*Bards College: Viarmo: After complete Tending the Flames Viarmo will never put his torch away he will for ever hold it.
*There are several enemy Penitus Oculatus Agents inside the tower connecting to the bridge in the middle of Solitude. These agents are there after completing the dark brotherhood quest to poison the emperor. But even if they are killed, they'll respawn. The game counts them as enemies, and they say things like "Ha, found you", but they will not attack. Killing them doesn't result in a bounty.
*Two alik’r warriors stand in Whiterun doing nothing. They won’t leave. Normally they should leave after completing In My Time of Need, but they don’t.
*I have obtained the blade of Winterhold several times. I talked several times to Kraldar about how i helped his people and obtained the blade of winterhold everytime.
*Ghorza gra-Bagol has been killed by the Markarth city guards. I pickpocketed her at night and she caught me. Off course she became hostile. Instead of the normal way (the guard runs up to you saying "by order of the Jarl, stop right there"), they attacked and killed Ghorza.
