It's been 31 ingame days now and the plants in the poisoner's nook in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary ( after completing the questline ) still did not grow back, as opposed to plants out in the open. Any input on this?

I'm having a similar problem. My plants are not growing back at all! Just the flowers. No potatoes, no tomatoes, no leeks, nothing ever grows back! Even the patch of plants near my house in Riften is barren.
It has passed more than 31 days, 161 days in total. :/
Any tips???
