This thread isn't a game thread or anything like that. Just to talk about Avatars you have used and if you have any favorites.

I am someone who likes all sort of avatars cause normally avatars are used to describe one's personality and they are so many unique and nice avatars out there that I hadn't seen, or heard about.. So tell me about your avatars?

As for me own...

My very first avatar/icon I have ever used was just the Morrowind Icon. I used it to show that I was a Morrowind player back then.

I then had an animated avatar of a Golden Dragon that was glowing. I used this avatar to symbol Luten, who is the main character of a Short Story-Line that I've written. He was a Golden Knight but later became a Dragon.

Then I just had the Zaros Symbol glowing for like a few days. It was to show that I am a Zarosian in RuneScape.

After that, I had an avatar of a Purple Knight with the Zaros symbol on him to show that I am a fan of medieval and I am a Zarosian in RuneScape.

The next one I remember is a Purple Dragon that was flying in the air with the Zaros symbol on his forehead. This was to show that I am a fan of dragons, as well as my roleplay character on DevART chats was a dragon, and that I am a Zarosian on RuneScape. I am still using this one on DevART and other sites.

My newest one is what I have know. Rainbow Dash with the quote "I'm a Brony. Dash with it.". It is showing my favorite character in MLP FiM and that I am a Brony and don't care who knows...Just deal with it!

I usually use a pony vector I make, someone else's vector I cropped, or a GIF I've edited.

I can only remember one of two of the avatars I've used before that. In the early summer when I was spamming in the Skyrim forum I went without an avatar, and that was the only time I was active for a while.

Recently it's been assorted pictures of my favourite band, Justice, performing live. I quite like this current .gif I made, expect I'll keep it for a while.

Rarity is one of my favorite ponies from the show, her and Rainbow Dash have both tied for first place. I like Rarity cause she has class and is quite a classy lady herself.

The first one was a Juggernaut Logo from CoD. And after that: Ponies happened! Shortly after Luna Eclipsed, I only used this avatar. What can I say? I like Luna and chose a rather evil looking Luna to indicate no affiliation with things like: (ugh) Baby Luna

I typically use cat avatars because I like cats. When I joined the Beth fora tho, it was for FNV so I eventually used an avatar from the game (one of my chrs). Then never changed it...I'd had it so long I sort of identified my forum name with it. But decided it was finally time to switch up. Not sure if I like this one tho...I don't like changing avatar's too often and it's often hard to find one I like enough to keep a long long time. I may go thru several before finally settling on one.

I shall never get rid of this avatar. People look at it and instantly know who I am, it's practically my online face.

I change from time to time. I've used various furry icons, but my current one is a My Little Pony version of Tyrael.

I also have an affinity for C.L.U.

For the rest of my time here I intend to keep this avatar but before changing to my oc pony I always had http://images.wikia.com/warhammer40k/images/b/be/5._The_Black_Templar-by_kingmong.jpgbased off WH40k as one of the chapters since coming here.

It's almost always a picture of someone from an anime, right now it's Goshiki Agiri from Kill Me Baby.

My first avatar was a photo of me jumping into my pool, if I'm not mistaken. Then it was a noir-themed 1950's soldier and his squeeze. Then it an animated .gif of Clone High characters, weeping. Now this.


I'm in a similar predicament. I keep each avatar for a month or two before replacing it, because I'm never quite sure about it. The next one will be one of Akii (anime).
