Possible Ayleids in TES:O?

Post » Wed Feb 06, 2013 2:36 pm

As a devoute lover of the Mer races in The Elder Scrolls games, I have been doing a little research into their lore and found a segment reading "It is possible that some tribes of Ayleids may continue to live deep within the forests of Cyrodiil even today. Yet the most recent reported sightings are more than 1000 years old"

Now since TES:O is set near 1000 years before the events of Skyrim, and around 800 of the previous two, it may be possible we see a handful of these 'wild elves'. It's be pretty neat, especially after only just discovering the fate of their Falmer cousins in Skyrim with the Dawnguard DLC.

So what do you guys think?

Yep. I've read a couple of times that we'll see all the familiar Ayleid/Dwemer/etc ruins we all know and love.
