Hi, I'm not sure if this has already talked in this forum, but I wanted to know if anyone have noticed getting small amount of bounty ( 40 gold worth )
for no reason in random capitals. I'm not certain that this has started occur since the installment of Dawnguard, but I started seeing this possible bug after I downloaded Dawnguard. I know it's not much to concern about but it bugs me, because I haven't done any crime since I finished Thieves Guild quest. No murder, no stealing, no lollygagging... But still, I go to places that I haven't visited in a while and guards say "wait, I know you" "you are a wanted man". Then I have to pay him 40 gold for no reason. It svcks.

I've heard people say that this is due to you attacking hostile enemies before they become hostile, sometimes. Like taking out a bandit with a bow before they start trying to attack you will count as assault. It only happens occasionally (I've currently got 40 bounty in Falkreath for it) and it;s a bug
