Is it possible to make more dead bodies stay in the game?

I've noticed that if there are more than 3 or 5 dead bodies in one place, they disappears.
So my question is, is it possible to increase or remove this limit on PC? I'm sure my PC could handle a lot more bodies, so yeah..
