Ive noticed a major slow down, in raising skills.. I think im on my 5-6th skill im trying to raise 100% seems like its gunna take forever though...

Is it possible to max all the skills out?

It is possible but some do take longer than others.

It's completely possible but without using a certain exploit it takes a long time.

skills...yes, perks...no, at least on the consoles. I would love to be proven wrong!!!

It will take an incredible amount of time and patience to increase every skill to 100 without exploits but it is possible. Being as there are only 81 levels until every skill is 100 you only can use 80 perks.
