I'm not so successful so far, but i'm in the 30's, so I'm asking the high level players if they managed to roleplay the villain who kills guards undetected. To me it looks like the routes for patrolling guards are designed so as to protect them, they're always close enough to houses, farms or other guards and the others always help them.
Also, I thought they dealt with the "psychic" guard virus from Oblivion, but these ones still have extrasensory perception. For instance, I pickpocket a sleeping npc. The pickpocket fails, the npc wakes up, but before the npc says anything, I can hear a guard's sword being drawn
