This is normal for a Iron Shield texture?

I take the picture with my DSLR, so you see the real pixelation.

In my opinion it's a low definition texture I see the plates look like steel.

Yeah, I think I've seen that shield with a higher res texture, but I'm pretty sure I've also seen it with a lower res texture. I can't be definite but I really think there are 3 different texture resolutions, with your shield showing the medium one. How are other objects showing for you? Is that shield the only one with a lowered resolution? If so, feel lucky, for I have 90 % of anything being blurred.

The textures are either inconsistent or we have the same texture problem with the xbox.

try looking at either fur or hide bracers( don't remember which one) super low texture
