Description
This mod is intended to give the player the option to repair his weapon and armor items with the Field Salvage Kit and recycle various items from the wasteland.
I personally think that repair in vanilla FONV is broken. I don't like the old system of banging two weapons/armors together and receiver one better. Also i think the idea with the repair kits is quite bad, because you can use a cheap kit for repairing a weapon worth multiple thousands of caps. I think it would be more real to take weapons and armors apart and use the parts from them to repair your weapon/armor.
The option for recycling is also a thing which could be improved in vanilla FONV. The recipes for breaking down ammunition are a good step but far from satisfying for me. Also i'm a bit lazy when it comes to recycling, so i don't want to break each sort of ammo seperately down. Better toss them alltogether into a recycler and the recycler makes the rest of the work.
This are my basic ideas at the time, maybe there will be changes in the future. Feel free to comment on the features, make suggestions for new one, say what you like/don't like.
