Where are the Two-Headed Grizzly Bears?

I'd much rather see a two-headed brown bear than those stupid yao guais

I don't really want to see either.

I didn't much like Yao Guais and for whatever reason I just don't really like the idea of two-headed grizzlies either.

Maybe there was only one Two Headed grizzly bear which inspired them so much they put it on their flag

Well, sure that's what it's supposed to mean to you and me... But in the game, do you seriously think Tandi had time to think-up some BS high concept like that while she was busy forging a new nation?

No, in the game (logically) they chose the two-headed bear because that's what the cali grizzly mutated into and it's the baddest critter in the cali wasteland. Hence, we should see them in the game...

Maybe coming down from the mountains above Jacobstown...

That isn't how ideas work. You don't cease having ideas because you are busy.

Edit: I just realized I am now a participant in the most asinine argument in the entire forum. Sweet.

No, when you're busy you just don't pursue or implement bad ones. (if you're smart)

This is what I was thinking, and it is especially apparent given the theme of the series. Maybe you'll get an easter egg. Who knows.

will smeone explain to me what an easter egg is (i know its probably common sence but still...

Only if it looks like this: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2051/2159674847_1e26b4d867.jpg

That'd make a great avatar, too.

I think they grew wings and migrated to Canada.

No offense to anyone here, but this thread kinda makes me want to lower my head and place my palm over my face. Just a little bit, though. :D

Ok guys, here's the current, real-world California flag:
http://www.50states.com/flag/caflag.htm
Here's the NCR flag:
http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20090409221609/fallout/images/f/fe/Fo2_NCR_Flag.png

The NCR is the re-birth of the California Republic, so it would make sense to use the old CA flag and add some type of symbolism that NCR is the "second coming." Adding a second head to the bear was just a humorous way to do it...you know, poking fun at the the animal mutation and all. If there's an actual two-headed bear in the game I'll be really surprised and a little disappointed that Obsidian would do something so heavy-handed and cheesy...especially with the Bereskarn Yao-Guai already in place.
