Quick Charisma Question

Post » Mon Jan 10, 2011 4:23 am

Hi,

Is it attributes or skills that have a bearing on all the checks in the game?

Where I am coming from is basically I want to bump down charisma, but still take speech as a tag and focus on it i.e. i want the attribute points elsewhere but am happy (and want to) spend points to have good speech options.

Not bothered about barter too much a the moment and I can handle the lower companion nerve thingy - I just don't want to be knackered in dialogue and associated activities as they are important to me in rpg's.

Cheers

When it comes to dialogue tests, it's often based on a particular skill; a few will be based on a stat (like int).

However, there are some perks which require a high cha stat that you might be interested in getting later on in the game. I'd suggest taking a look at those before planning a build with low charisma.

ok so I should be ok then if I am not interested in those perks, at least from a dialogue perspective :) thanks for replying Parhelion!
