BTW, that's not really a 3-way SLI, that's a 2-way SLI with an extra graphics card for PhysX. You don't actually connect the SLI bridge to the third in that setup ... but TBH, PhysX is just a fad that is in a small portion of games relative to whats out there.
I have a GigaByte Mobo, but MSI make some good quality hardware and the military grade caps are whats nice (less coil whine). Regardless, check around on review sites to see whats going on with the motherboard overall. The SLI/CrossFire hardware is essentially the same all round, so there's not much of an issue there.
The only thing, like what Marthian said, is that your CPU shouldn't bottleneck the cards (irony, my i7-920 is bottlenecking my 5970 because I haven't bothered OCing, lol)
