You're making a general assumption that the same patch applies to both platforms and that is wrong.

Unless otherwise specified, the only thing to assume is that the cheating patch only applies to the PC.
Nowhere in either post does Cry-Tom even mention the 360.

Yes I am, and it is safe to assume as much. You think the patch for the 360 is for some other reason other than cheaters? Have you not seen all the posts of 360 players having their stats reset? I think the answer is obvious. Until I see evidence otherwise, I will assume that this patch is equivalent to the pc anti-cheat patch. Cheers.

Well I haven't noticed any cheating through all the lag. lol

They need to patch connection issues first of all instead of trying to catch some stupid cheaters !!!

I can live with cheaters when my connection is good and not crappy host selection everytime i play !!!

Cheaters are the least of my concern until the Film Grain and multiplayer issues get fixed.

Obviously Cheaters are more of a priority than Connection issues or Glitches to Crytek.
