Hi, I got into the beta and I have a nice writeup for feedback, however when I clicked the link to go to the private forum, from the original email (the one that comes with a key to download the beta) I get not authorized.

What can I do? If you received your key from gamesas or EA's GunClub, you should have received an invite to a private feedback forum. If you received your key via other means (CombatTesters, for example) then it will probably show that you are unauthorised to view the private forum. If this is the case then please send your feedback via email to community [at] crytek [dot] com where it can be collected and passed on to the relevant departments.

this sounds like i was ganna get a code yet no code..
i looked through my email 3 times nothing there. Two mails have been sent out for this tech test.

The first mail was to gauge interest in the gamesas community and find out how many people would be able to assist us with this test. If you read the mail you will see that at no point did it say you will be able to play, we merely wanted to find out who owned an Xbox 360 and would be willing to help us test.

The second mail sent out was the official invite, this mail contained a code to take part. If you have not received this mail then you were not selected for the test.

yes i got the email from CombatTesters yet the email dose not open.i already notified

Hmm, there's been a few cases of this that i know of but i'm not sure why it works for some and not for others. In any case, if you don't have access to the forum, please send through your feedback to the community [at] crymod [dot] com email address mentioned (typed like that so forum bots don't pick up on it) and the guys will be sure to pass it on to the relevant departments

Indeed, you received an email, unfortunately I believe this tech test is finished, or not, I'm not sure. But I do know that no more keys are being sent out anymore.



At this point, any emails anybody receives is pretty much invalid now.

I have a problem and I don't know why it's even happening... When I'm (possible break of the terms of agreement) trying to search for players in the Test, there isn't one player online. And I don't think at the total of around 900 players that can't be possible. Maybe that don't belongs here but I even don't have any access to the official feedback forum. I haven't played at least one game and I'm getting frustrated over time...

Unfortunately I haven't received the second e-mail. This is such a bummer, having received the first email on Wed 10/13/10 2:40 PM, I clicked "Sign Up" just like 15 minutes later, so I'm pretty sure I was at least among the first 100 people who signed up.

I really want to participate in this Multiplayer test! Is there anything that you can do to help me?, I even joined on the 1st day to gamesas.com (on the re-launch).

I'm quite mad right now, because it seems the way they managed to give away the codes was disastrous to say the least.

PS: besides it's just unlikely to run this kind of test with just 900 users, imagine that during the morning on certain time zones there are only 300 users online...it's not logical!
