For a while I thought the tech chat guys were busy watching tv of talking with each other. Then I found out about programs that have come out to simulate human responses (CE: The book Most Human Human). Also, tech support guys have chat selection options that they choose from a drop down list. They type a keyword and it offers autocomplete options. I think the first option is highly plausible as "keith" didn't even notice you didn't actually give him a name, just a string of characters. If any companies can make us of AI support it's game companies!

Yeah, that and I told him I have an HD 5970 dual gpu card and he then asked me if I was playing on PC. Tech support? I don't think he knows anything about tech.

this troubleshoot is **** insulting.. what do they take us for? console kiddies?
and also crytek really needs to release the SB3 and other modding stuff.. modders wouldve fixed these stuff already by now.

edit : and wow the ken guy was kinda funny and pretty understanding tho.

In general I think all three companies are useless. Crytek, EA, and the shadowy Nvidia.
