skill?

in a recent video i saw it looks like it is much easier to kill people from before. with low health and no recoil is not a good balance and i think it is bad design and a recent trend. i think if they are making low health they should also add in recoil imo

also is there any idea of a map editor for consoles or even pc?

There unfortunately has been no mention of a map editor for consoles or pc yet, although we have heard that Crytek is thinking of releasing the CryEngine 3 seperately as a UDK sort of thing.

Crysis 2 gameplay is more combat oriented, Pretty much the same as Call of Duty, with Suit modules that works as Perks, Though I disagree on the health part, on Crysis 1 you could also kill really quick

It looks easier to kill people IMO because you've got to AIM DOWN THE SIGHTS, which as we all know, forces the player to STAND STILL. Crysis and Crysis Wars' SIGNATURE is the BEAUTIFUL MANEUVERABILITY OF THE NANOSUIT, which went hand in hand with the LASER aiming system.

Crysis 2 is going to be as big a let down as Far Cry 2, maybe even worse, given that the the devil behind Crysis 2 will be the original developer.

You'll probably find that in footage you've seen so far, where people are getting killed easily is because the person being killed hasn't activated armour mode :) In Crysis 2 you need to be focussed and ready for anything, which includes being quick enough to engage maximum armour and out-shoot your enemy.

The reason it took so long to kill people in Crysis was because everyone ran around in armour by default, somewhat nullifying the mode all together as a standard. Now it's quick and the dead - so to answer your question, the skill level has been upped in Crysis 2.

As for the manoeuvrability of the Nanosuit, that has been increased ten-fold in Crysis 2. It can do more at any given time, including some vertical acrobatics that will leave you gobsmacked, wondering "how the hell did he get up there THAT QUICK?!" :D

i can imagine how skilful it will be with 2/3 (maybe 4) hit kill D:
its like in cod, you dont need to aim at the player, you just need to aim near the player, with the recoil you will eventually get 2 or 3 hits and it doesnt take long

Did you not even comprehend what he wrote? The guys in the demo videos weren't using armor mode. Armor mode will likely mean you take around 7 or so hits to be killed as opposed to the standard 3 or 4. it just means you have to actually think about when to activate armor now instead of just always having it on apart from the 10% of the time you used stealth :P
