I remember reading that using Confirmed Bachelor/Black Widow makes more female enemies spawn and using the Ladykiller/Cherchez La Femme make more male enemies spawn. Anyone know anything about this?

There's nothing to indicate this is true anywhere I can find looking the leveled lists over. There are more male generic enemies that spawn randomly such as Fiends or Jackel Gang Members than female ones so the vs male perks are slightly more useful than the vs female ones from a strict combat damage viewpoint but that's about the extent of the difference.

So the unbalance is worse now since NV has the all male Caesar's Legion.
