Let's not be stupid now. Kids are going to get hold of this game anyway. There will always be soft parents who cave to excessive pestering. There is no need to cater to them more than online games already do with their online anononymity, allowing pre-pubascants to say things they would never dare to say otherwise.

Tbh,a nd I know this sounds odd, but I think kids ruin games. They have no idea when it comes to tactics 90% of the time, their high voices are VERY annoying over a mic.

This my friends in the type of person quick time events appeal to.

LOL! thank you!
Are you guys idiots? Sorry I couldn't put it any other way, what Aegis is saying is that it's not a QUICK TIME Event all it is is a cutscene where instead of the character opening a door by himself, you get to do it yourself. There isn't a time limit to do it, it isn't like say instead of fighting someone by yourself you just press a series of buttons in the right order to do it, It is just like Some guy says to open the door and instead of the character opening the door, you press a button to do it yourself. There is no downside to that, all it does is make the cutscenes feel more like you doing the things instead of an unseen person taking the controls away from you and forcing you to watch.

This.

At OP, your post is really well thought off, and I totally agree with your opinion. We may not see these open Levels like "Onslaught" but still I can see from videos, that the levels are still open enoughm to have multiple paths and decisions.
