finding the three guys drinking out randomly in the woods celebrating something and they offered me a drink, i expected it to be spiked or poisoned or for them to try and rob me but they just genuinely wanted to share a drink with me and wished me well. It was a nice change from the normal everyones trying to kill you or get you to do something for them

Just met a couple walking along the road.

The woman is whining about her shoes and the guy says. "We get robbed by Bandits, our clothes shredded by Sabre Cats and out bodyguard killed by (something.. can't remember) and you are worried about shoes!?!?"

An epic fight with a blood dragon in which I ran out of all health potions(didn't have many to begin with). Right after I absorb it's soul I go to run away to Whiterun, lo and behold a mudcrab stands there blocking my path. The mudcrab one shot me..

Arthurian Legend, Lady of the Lake? Ring any bells?

I was running away from a Dragon (i was level 4 on master) and as I was running i stumbled into a Giant camp using my intiative i thought i would hide behind a big rock and let the Giants deal with the Dragon, i hid behind this rather large rock, i was being rather smug then *BANG* Dragon chomps me.

I saw a rather unique encounter where a a broken down carriage was lying in the middle of the walkway on fire with bodies of different races lying about with a stray dog you can have as a companion with a dead blood dragon next to it.

Long story short, I stole a horse for a man in riften, and about two hours later, on the opposite side of the map, I see him running through the woods.

I tried to talk to him, but he wouldn't stop running. A paralyze spell stopped him dead in his tracks. That's when I found out why he was running.

A hired thug comes out of nowhere and slaughters the paralyzed man. He looks to me and says its none of my business, so naturally I made it my business by paralyzing and then stabbing the thug to death. He had almost 300 gold, banded steel armor. The man he had killed also had very expensive jewlery that I looted from him

after i get done fighting a giant and a frost dragon i check out the giants camp. there i find a boulder the size of a small cabin crushing the lower half of someone's skeletal remains. he was also wearing some circlet that i sold for a few hundred coin.

i guess it is not all that random but i love the detail and wonder they put into this game. like, what was this guy doing? did he get hit by a meteor or did the giants cause a land slide to get him? i dont know, its a pretty big rock even for a giant to just pick up and drop on the guy.
