And again, this is NOT an issue form pirated copies. This is surfacing in pretty much every retail edition played.

Trust me, people will be much more vocal with this issue when the majority group, that currently can't [censored] play, gets their hands on it. You'll see cause and effect occur soon enough, just be patient. And for all we know, Bethesda may have already solved this issue and are waiting to release the day one patch.

I don't understand why OP is whining so much. The textures look horrible when installed on the HDD right?..... Then don't install until it gets fixed which will probably be pretty quickly.
If you can't survive for a little while without having super amazing, awesomeful, godlike graphics then just don't play
