I hope the procedural quests aren't completely lame and boring, but to be honest, they sound like they might be. I suppose, even if that ends up being the case, it still gives you *some* sort of role-play reason to keep doing things. In Oblivion, I found that once I'd completed pretty much all the quests, even though I was free to keep delving into dungeons, there seemed little point. I was rich, had all the equipment I could want, the world was saved, and there seemed no "motivation" for my character to keep going (well, mods help, of course).
