WoW is now largely populated with foul mouthed noobs, skyrim is not, nor do you need to rely on the punctuality of others for raids/dungeons or adventuring.

I've played a few MMOs (no WoW, wouldnt touch it with 10 foot barge poll).....and none of them were as addictive as a TES game.

Loving all this Wow hate. If you don't like it thats fine, no need to insult it.

the only even match WoW could ever have is between it and CoD both are grind fests with a largely tactically inept fan base with WoW its rushing in with the biggest heaviest most powerful yet slow weapon you can find with CoD its shotgun charging into enemy fire. and please dont compare elder scrolls to either ok ?

Do you mean Vanilla or BC WoW, WotLK WoW, Cata WoW, or Mists of Pandaria.

I loved Vanilla and BC, with a passion. Skyrim will be just as great, if not better, but in different areas. I liked WotLK, but HATED Cata with all my heart. Mists of Pandaria looks like it's Blizz's last attempt to svck some money out before they kill WoW and bring out Project Titan.

The community was the worst part, actually. From the last part of WotLK onward, it killed the game for me.

untrue i like mabinogi and dungeon fighter online.

I like both games.

But I like TES a little bit more than WoW.

Two different games, let's talk about just Skyrim here and not compare it with a multiplayer game.
