WoW isn't on my list of top mmos to begin with.

So yes Skyrim will be more addictive, now compared to Lotro it may or may not spent 4 years playing that game

I don't think vs. threads are allowed in order to avoid flame wars, but do you really need to ask here, on the TES forums, where everyone obviously loves one of them?

On a side note, WoW has and will always appeal to non-gamers and I always thought it was the Kindergarten of MMORPGs. Just my biased thoughts though coming from a RPG gaming background.

You will quickly see hardcoe TES fans are generally not big MMO fans.

Single player vs Multiplayer.

Different markets and types of games.

More addictive than current wow sure. More addictive than earlier years of wow, I dunno. I do have 10 000+ hours played in wow, and only a couple hundres in morrowind and oblivion.

But right now skyrim is all that matters to me.
