90% of the problems you mentioned are your fault, not the games. Graphics can be improved by getting a better computer, or even just turning up the graphics settings. I'm assuming loading screens would be too, since mine never take more than about 5 seconds. Controls and mouse sensitivity can be altered in the menus. AI has never been great in Bethesda games, but it's an open world game where every NPC has 24-hour schedules, so that's to be expected.
Sorry you're disappointed with the game, but if you're not going to take the time to try and fix the problems that are fixable by you, no one is going to want to hear you complain.

I don't know. I was running the game at low settings for the past couple of days and it still looked better than Oblivion. The loading screens never took longer than 5 seconds, as you said. After some tweaks, I can run it at Medium now.
This post just seems odd. If his complains are legitimately his opinion, then I'm sorry the game isn't for him. It's just.... in this post is every single complaint that's been rehashed on the forums as well as some that just don't make sense, and then he goes on to compare the game to Modern Warfare 3. I'm just having a hard time taking it seriously. But if it is, sorry guy.
