I've never really enjoyed dungeon crawling, Fallout 3 dungeons tended to be a little on the depressing side and Oblivion dungeons quickly became same old same, but Skyrim is a breath of fresh air, especially the Dwemer ruins, in past games I avoided the dungeons unless a quest sent me on them, in Skyrim I go looking for the dungeons.
The Dwemer ruins are especially favorites of mine, I love the detail put into them, I'm not going to say anymore for fear of spoiling it for those who've not discovered them, but I'd say your in for a treat, so again, thank you Bethesda for making dungeon crawling finally a pleasure.
I have to concure, to be honest the whole game is a fresh. I know some will bla bla bla this or that, but I think of all the games (rpg's and simular) that have come out. This has to be my fav by far. I loved dragon age, thought that was the best thing sense sliced bread, now? Nope, this is the new leader in RPG. I really didn't care for oblivion as so many others did. Maybe because it was to colorful, this one feels more real world etc , but still has plenty of fantasy. I have to admit thou, dragons = fun fun fun. They really did a great job with them and the random shows are nice. If and when they make another elders, I hope dragons don't go away forever and we still get randoms, but alas we shall see. In any case, I agree very much so. Dungeons are definitly fun to go into.
