cod ratio help

I was once under the 1000 best capture the flag players. :ermm:
In terms of flags captured or what, because those numbers tell nothing

A easy skill calculation that is more close to the truth than just KDR or accuracy or something similar, is this:

[KDR * [1+accuracy/100]] / [1+WLR]=X

(kdr= kill to death ratio, accuracy is usually around 20%, so 1+20/100=1,2, wlr= win loss ratio). Why did I divide with WLR? Because usually, when your team is winning, you'll also get a lot of kills, boosting your KDR to sky-high numbers. If you WLR is very low, but you still have a high KDR it means you still manage to maintain a high KDR. I put +1 there because otherwise a guy with WLR 0,0001 would be the best player ever, lol.

So, my X would be [[2,7*[1+22/100]] / [1+1,2]=1,5.
A guy with KDR 1,5, accuracy 18% and WLR 0,9 would get. [[1,5*[1+18/100]] / [1+0,9]=0,93. Feel free to completely destroy this different calculation of skill, but I'd also like to see some of your numbers and put them here so we can compare the numbers we get.

There was some kind of leaderbord in MW2. But nevermind, I'm sick of Call of Duty. The last one I bought was Black OPs, which was worse than MW2. I will buy Battlefield 3 and stick with it. I hate it when a game company releases every year the exact game.

And about MW2. You don't really need that much teamwork, but it's effective. What you need more is very good knowledge of the map which you only can gain by playing a lot. And you need good reactions and should get used to your weapons and settings.
I never was in a clan, but I think it's the same there. You need to learn teamwork and be cooperative. A good clan should help you to play regulary.

I only play COD4 and WaW. My ratio on WaW is about 1.5 and a bit less on COD4. Hardly anyone on PS3 seems to use a headset so I just tend to go lone wolf and rack up as many kills as I can without dying. If I spot a camper I'll let people know where he is, but that's as far as my teamwork goes on COD. I don't play Search and Destroy, I find it boring.

I suicide rush objectives, (I play pyro, thats the very point of my class (besides counter-espionage and ambush tactics)) and so I have a horrible K:D of 0.37(just checked my online stats page) but on the otherhand, my W:L ratio is aprox. 4

I think kdr matters mostly in TDM only. Unless I or whomever was able to watch how you played in objective based games.

I myself generally have over a 2+ kdr in any COD game I've played. However, after prestiging 10 times recently and fooling around with new weps its currently hovering around 1.6. And I play all kinds of matches. Now that I'm maxed out, and only working on wep levels, my kdr is going back up again.

You cant always judge by kdr. I'll go up against anyone with 2+ kdr any day, that doesnt concern me at all.

Where can I check those stats? Are they only from competitive games or from pubs too?

Ignoring hacks and noobs - I'd say about 1.5 - 2.5 is the average.
