I like how this looks, I might try it. Plus, it's a smaller transition than straight to buzz.

You call that medium length? For shame.

Longer.
In modern society, that's medium length hair.

Thanks everyone :)

Alternatively you could go for the high and tight cut.

I've personally tried pretty much all conceivable short hairstyles. I'm currently growing it out now to try longer ones.

I have really fine hair, but lots of it - the worst type for styling and moulding. My hair also seems to grow outwards instead of forwards on my right side. I've got it to look pretty similar, but without the highlighs with a simple £11 barber cut and some l'oreal citrus wax. To get it any better will take a lot more money - unfortunately :(

We have the same hairtype then. I remember having spikes in primary school and already had a lot of trouble keeping them up lol. Also I happen to have some hair whorls on really annoying places which means that I have to style my hair really carefully in order for it to look good. Therefore I also need a perfect cut which is why I don't mind spending a bit more when I go to the hairdressers. Looking good 24/7 comes with a pricetag you know lol

I think I'll look good on you ! I love having short hair cos it takes less time to style in the morning. I spend up to 15/20 min on my hair now every morning before not more than a minute...
