I suggest you re-read the rules...

I'm reporting every quote to religion.

Okay, well... Yoda was inspiring. "Do or do not. There is no try."

EDIT: Ha, well I was beaten to it. Still, it's great.

And why should it? It's the General Community section, and the OP wanted inspirational messages/something of any kind. Don't like some people's use of quoting passages from religious sources, post something else that the OP may help him/her (don't know your gender Deryck) with his/her stress.

Here's an inspirational message:

“The next time I have meat and mashed potatoes, I think I'll put a very large blob of potatoes on my plate with just a little piece of meat. And if someone asks me why I didn't get more meat, I'll just say, 'Oh, you mean this?' and pull out a big piece of meat from inside the blob of potatoes, where I've hidden it. Good magic trick, huh?”

Well if they're quoting something that you didn't know was from The Bible would it make any difference? It's not about religion, the theme is inspiration. I'm also quite sure that people of every religion find inspirition in the books they worship with therefore this isn't a Christian network.

There's a difference between someone posting a Bible verse they find inspirational and someone saying "GRRRR YOUR BELIEFS ARE WRONG I DONT LIKE WHAT YOU THINK GRRR".

At least if its a Bible verse they find inspirational it's in line with the thread topic.

"I'll be damned..."
I'll be damned if they take more rights away from law abiding citizens to enforce a more totalitarian system of government so they can treat us all like petty thieves.
This has become ironic on so many levels.

Here's an inspiration message:

“If you ever catch on fire, try to avoid seeing yourself in the mirror, because I bet that's what REALLY throws you into a panic.”

But if you never notice that you're on fire you'll endup dead.

i don't believe in religion, for me I live in an area where people can do whatever the hell they want as long as they make the tithing payment every month. So they can exploit the public and create a profit off what others think is salvation. I'll burn in hell before I buy into the whole heretical none sense. You brought it I didn't
Actually, I didn't bring anything but an inspirational quote.
What you brought a poor attempt at trying to start a flame war with those who are religious. This thread is titled "Inspirational Messages of ANY kind"

Someone posted a quote from the Koran. I am firmly against Islam, but did I attack them for it? Nope.

If you don't like what someone has posted, ignore it.

Since you guys still aren't playing nice, here's another inspirational quote:

“Instead of studying for finals, what about just going to the Bahamas and catching some rays? Maybe you'll flunk, but you might have flunked anyway; that's my point.”
