No please don't, get something nice.
A G-500 mouse and a back lit keyboard are awesome.

Either spend the money and get something nice or don't buy a pc.
You will pay a premium for anything assembled, building one is not hard.
the expensive mouse and keyboard i bought broke after 2 weeks, this cheapo keyboard and mouse have been good since july

Yup, my Dell keyboard and mouse are from a prebuilt computer I owned years ago, and they're perfectly fine. I don't understand the need to pay extra for something functionally identical.

My keyboard is easily the oldest part of my computer. It turned 15 years this month, and it's still working wonderfully. And it was a cheap OEM keyboard back then, but I won't change it, it's comfy and awesome

I have disassembled it and cleaned it quite a lot of times over the years though

Nothing has come close to my G-500 and its over 2 years old now.

Adjustable dpi on the mouse, two function scroll wheel along with three side buttons, prefect for MMO's or FPS.
Also useful for web browsing and more.
Adjustable weights too.
More functions than a normal mouse, but not so many that its clunky (looking at you razr naga).

I got that at the same time, both have been awesome, and worked fin for years.
The wrist rest has been a life saver and the back lit keyboard is awesome for when my wife is sleeping and the lights are out.

Nothing wrong woth oem basic KB/M but I will never go to another "basic" mouse after having my G-500.
I play on a 42" tv and the adjustable DPI on the mouse is so useful, so is the dual mode scroll wheel.
The side buttons can be used to navigate back/forward on webpages. THey also make a handy nade/melee key in BF3 and COD.

Why does it need to be the ti? I happen to have the non-ti GTX 560 2gb and I don'notice anything terrible.

In my opinion even my Ti is a little weak, I like everything maxed at 1920x1080, at a minimum of 60 fps at all times. It depends what you're after I guess.

I notice when I put my card in HD with 1920x1080 it doesn't look right. It's washed out. But if I leave normal it looks amazing.
