what triggers it?
is it worse in the daytime or at night?

i get it all day everyday. usually starts within the first 30 minutes after waking up, nothing in particular triggers it, just the thought about being anxious can bring it on. its a lot worse for me during the daytime (something to do with the brightness, i dont know why) i also get fatigued so i power nap during the day and have resorted to sleeping on the bathroom floor where it is shaded. sometimes i dont treat it i just ride it out, or sometimes i will use alcohol or benzo's but i abuse them so i run out fast. or try to keep myself busy eg playing games.
just curious
