Good ways to get fitter?

Hope it works out for you, getting back in shape after getting out of it feels good.
Also keep walking that pooch, every little helps and he'll like the exercise too.

Thanks!
She loves walks! She will literally stare me down if I put on shoes and once I say "comeon!", she books it for the door

Aerobics is great, cardio work, and working on endurance, alot of people go the way of muscle, i saw tons of guys who bulked up and couldnt run around the block without having a heart attack, endurance is important, strength alone is useless without the ability to last longer than a few hours doing any activity.

Sit ups working top and bottom and side, is great for your back, helps support your back, push up are good for endurance chest and shoulders and arms, running and cycling are really good, if you can stand the transition of changing muscles. Swimming is also good if you can do it.

I do some iso-metrics tensing the muscles then relaxing them for like ten repetitions before switching to another muscle. This is done after some light weight high rep exercises with dumbbells for about twenty minutes. I also do alot of push ups usually one set of twenty reps every hour til i've done at least ten sets that day.

I usually only do the above two to three times a week and do alot of walking and stretching on in between days. I also drink alot of water which can come from different sources not just actual water and eat something every three hours whether just a snack or light meal.
