Same problems. My screen spasms, flickers, and I'm getting bad performance. I'm running a 5970.

I just tried Rage on my Samsung HDTV in 1920 x 1080 mode with the same graphics tearing, this was via HDMI.

Since there appears to be an AMD hotfix, going to try it out and see what happens, however most folks are only getting past the CTD issues.

All i see is fixes for ATI, no Nvidia. beta drivers dont work either. I am running steam version of course. Was able to resolve one artifacting issue which was caused by the steam community overlay enabled. I am getting texture flashing and texture render and derendering issues along with some artifacting lines

Correction the things about ATI are not fixes, None have done a thing for me yet...
