Yes, because this series is stale and needs something fresh.

They should have atleast used Tera's combat. Anything is better than what WoW has (if that is infact what they are using).

But you never know, maybe more info is revealed it won't be as bad.

Now I know you're being sarcastic.

I'm fairly sure it will be at least as engaging as Tera's - the leaked article talks about blocking, sprinting, breaking CC with endurance, etc.
