Garlic & jalapenos + my homemade teriyaki sauce is all I ever really need.
I like crushed red pepper too, but hubby doesn't like it that much so I don't use it.
Certain pork or tomato based dishes I'll use the typical oregano & other such spices, along with a lot of garlic/jalapenos (no teriyaki sauce tho, haha).
It's not a specific spice, but I like marinating pork overnight in Italian dressing (like Bernstein's), or even using a couple tablespoons of it to stir-fry pork/vegies with vs. plain old olive or vegetable oil.
