It just feels after 3 months that its not coming out with no information besides some pics and whats in it. I have officially given up hope on this DLC. New abilities with a 4 level cap increase does sound like it could increase the play time more than an hour but i bet after a day if you work towards it youll have everyhting

I've heard that it is being beta tested right now and if everything passes cert again then mid august is the new projected date. They should have tested it out in june.... but I digress. It will come out that is for certain but it will arrive with a bittersweet taste.

So mid August we will have the game we payed for months ago.
If it finally delivers all that we originally hoped for, I will be happy.
I am old and patient, and can wait it out.
Wasn't expecting to beta test this game for them, but hey, it's just a way to blow off steam at the end of the day.

My problem is if users complained this much/ long about this DLC, I can't even imagine what it will be like if they ever come out with the next DLC.

If they get this one right, and that's a big IF, I think anything in the future will not be so scrutinized. The big problem is that this DLC and patch has the potential to make such a huge difference in the game and give us what we all envisioned Brink being. Anything in the future would just be map packs and costumes I would think and not everyone buys those anyways.

Its not so much the DLC that is a problem its the lack of it and that the community feels misled as to why it is a quater of a year late....SD claim the game was ready early but it clearly wasn't....QC/ beta testing was a FAIL of epic proportions and we get nothing but stalling....Even SONY made an effort to communicate during the hacking debarcle and they did not take as long to rewrite and test their complex net code etc....

One of my post came up missing from here Perish... On topic People are complaining for a good reason at this point. Its not like this is the first game they ever made/published. People just figure at this point they knew what they were doing when it seems no other dlc has taken this much time and ignoring the customers aint helping the situation any....

Must be a logical explanation. Well we wated for Brink for 2 years was it? whats 4 months?

i think it's going to get to the point where people are just going to sell the game on principal. not me but I am a bit stressed over the lack on communication.
