New info on Bretons

Nice. Hope they release the Altmer ones soon!

Complete guess on my part, albeit an educated one, but I suspect the Altmer skill bonuses will be something like this:

+10 to either Alteration or Destruction
+5 Alchemy, Conjuration, Illusion, Alteration or Destruction (whichever did not get the +10 bonus) and Enchanting

I'm really hoping they get the Disease resistance trait from Morrowind/Oblivion as well.

Imperial probably
+10 speechcraft
+5 one handed, two handed, heavy armor, light armor, alchemy

I was thinking +5 to block seeing how the standard Imperial Legionnaire cannot be seen without a shield. I'd subtract alchemy (or must each race get a bonus to a craft skill).

Wow, that really kicks the idea of Breton mages in the jimmy. After a little bit of playing a nord is just as good. Once a day powers are worthless.

Bretons have been sodomized repeatedly with the nerf bat. The Second Age of the Altmer dawns on Nirn.

Eh stuff like this is just mechanics, I don't see it as a spoiler. Anything you will find out basically as you enter the game isn't really much of a spoiler IMO.

Imperial mage ftw!

Why not. For mage if you are not taking an Altmer any race is just as good as the next.

I actually prefer to use the non main races for a class. Like not being a breton or altmer mage.
I like the imperials added gold, their charm race perk, and their being cultured. :D

Having played the game for about 25 short minutes at Eurogamer, I can tell you that stopping is a lot easier said than done :)

EDIT: Sorry OP, forgot to say thanks!

Thanks Sammu, I agree...I wouldn't stop for 5 or 10 minutes to check. I don't know if I would even look, the most important thing to me during a demo would be gameplay.

I have been thnking for awhile to make my Imperial a thief/assassin class, but now i've realised it would be crap trying to take down a dragon with daggers. Might as well stick to the Warrior class, it seems more likely due to the civil war anyway, how useful is an assassin going to be?

Maybe I could be both a warrior, and archer? hmm....I must explore this possibilty furthur.
