second thing- spells changing depending on the user. For example a witch's spells might all be red (red fire, red lightning etc) whilst a lich might have green lightning and green fire. Plus spells should behave a little differently with different characters. One npc may use lightning like a vortigaunt (half life) whilst another might be more discrete
spells should have better sprites and better animations. It looks stupid that in first person you constantly hold your hand in front of your face. When you are dual wielding or charging a spell up it should be much more interesting. Licks of magic might dance around your hands and switch from side to side rather than a little ball being made
Gameplay..
Being able to have casts buttons like oblivion.. but several
say.. C throws a fireball , v heals you and b makes you stronger. You can use these when you have weapons or other spells filling your hands. All spells/shouts can be equip-able to one of these. This would work with shurikens and throwing knives too >
