Chances are you've probably already seen all the possible beards. Since the main Greybeard has one that the player can choose themselves, there's really no chance any of them have unique styles. Just watch the character creation video of a Nord or look at the presets. There are no impressive Gandalf or Gimli beards unfortunately.
