Do it again with dozens of NPC's, hundred of trees, some rocks n' junk, AI, shadows on everything...
It's not so hard to have a simple scene like they did, much harder to have the same prettiness in a real game.
Now you see, that's a premise for a story, but that tells you nothing of gameplay. I'd watch that movie, but is it a game? Not via that.
Add in a well though out cause-and-effect thing based on how violent you are ("AWOL robot" versus "Killer robot run amok!", the later being easier to start with but making things harder in the long run), a city to roam, and you've got a decent basis for a thriller-RPG. Plot could be about trying to find people willing to remove the tracker that's undoubtedly a standard feature, give her a new look, a new identity, acquiring specialist materials/hardware, and so on.
