We don't even know if the gameplay would work with a 1st person view, i my self haven't played an Mmorpg with a hotbar combat system in first person view since EQ, and i have played them all.

I dont tihnk there even is an MMO with a 1st person view, or skyrim online. TES could have made something new and groundbreaking but nooooooooooo
