I think that a prophet appearance (a-la Heimskr) would be a nice touch. He could stand in the center of Balmora and preach about how the end is nigh, for soon Guilds will be Warring, Wars will be Crafted, and the sky is about to fall down on our heads.
You know, to really capture the essence of what the forums seem to be about.
